In 2020 Heritage Lottery Fund awarded £250,000 to develop a sustainable master plan for the former linen spinning mill. Five key pillars including Heritage, Training, Resilience, Employment and Tourism have been developed into a comprehensive strategy for reimagining how the site can be restored, expanded and enriched through a co-design process.
